this was my first bargello quilt, created when my granddaughter called me and said, "grandma, i really want a new quilt this year, soft, fluffy, blue and I love dolphins" so, a bargello ocean came into being with sealife, coral, fish, dolphins, an octopus and giant sea turtle appliqued on with some hot-fix crystal bubbles. a very soft wavy minkee back and quilted in waves. she was sure excited when she opened it last christmas....she turned 12 in november.
