This is a pattern by Alaska quilt designer Lisa Moore of Quilts With A Twist. I have ties to Alaska and have been there so naturally I was interested in this pattern when I saw it.I ordered it from an Anchorage quilt shop as a kit. I was sure I would not be able to get the right fabrics here in the lower fourty. It used a different technique than I have done before and wasn't sure if I could do it but it turned out to be easier than I imagined. I really enjoyed making this quilt.
