I made these blocks a couple of years ago. I actually hated them. I thought they were too dark. When I finally put them together with the tan sashing, the blocks came alive! It is my favorite quilt! For the back I made a HUGE Bear's Paw Block. I machine quilted each block differently. The border is appliqued.
